About

ClinicalGuide Africa is a clinical decision support platform built by OneHealthEHR Africa Foundation. It puts WHO-endorsed clinical protocols into the hands of community health workers and nurses in low-resource settings — designed for Liberia, expanding across West Africa.

The problem

Over 10,000 CHWs in Liberia provide first-line care without reliable, offline access to current clinical guidelines. Protocols sit in PDFs and binders.

Our approach

• Plain-language rewrites of WHO guidelines — no medical jargon.
• Offline-first: download once, use anywhere.
• Symptom-based protocol finder for triage.
• French translation for Francophone West Africa.
